Winifred B. Huff

Winifred (Winnie) Bailey Huff graduated from the University of Texas School of Law, with honors, in 1985 and began her legal practice in Washington, D.C. with Fulbright & Jaworski.    She moved to Dallas to marry Warren Huff and joined the banking and real estate section of Hughes & Luce.   Eventually, she switched to a corporate litigation practice and went to work for Haynes & Boone, L.L.P., which is where she met Carla.   In 2004, after taking some time off to be home with her children, Winnie joined Calabrese Huff.

As an attorney with Calabrese Huff, Winnie's practice encompasses a variety of family law matters including: divorce, custody, child support, complex property division, pre-marital and post-marital agreements, grandparent access, termination and adoption proceedings, paternity matters, and gestational and surrogacy arrangements.

Winnie is very involved in the collaborative law movement and is a member of the Collaborative Law Institute of Texas, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, Collaborative Law Dallas and the Collaborative Lawyers of Tarrant County . Winnie has written articles about the collaborative law movement and has spoken on the matter.  Her articles can be viewed at Awards and Articles.

Winnie is also a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Dallas Bar Association, the Northeast Tarrant County Bar Association and the Tarrant County Bar Association.  In addition, she is active in the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program. Winnie and Warren have two children, Connor and Dillon.
